Up to now, we have read about arthropods: insects, crustaceans and arachnids. Now we are going to know "other invertebrates".

There are other invertebrates that live in the sea:
- Sponges cannot move. They are fixed to the floor. They have got pores (Little holes) and they eat through them.
-Jellyfish have poisonous tentacles. They defend themselves and hunt other animals with them
-Echinoderms like starfish and sea urchins are also invertebrates. They have got small feet that allow them to move on the ocean floor.
ENGLISH
Let me introduce
you the big project that I will use to evaluate your learning process this
unit. We are going to mix the ARTS and ENGLISH. I want you to create a city or
town. It might be your actual town or the one you want to invent. You can use
LEGO, PLAYMOBIL, PINYPON or card boxes.
It needs to
include, at least, half of the words we have learnt in this unit as parts of
the town: market, theatre, square… This part would belong to ARTS. To be
evaluated in English, you will have to do a presentation explaining in our ZOOM
video chats, what does your town look
like. The more vocabulary you use, the better. You should include something
that was there in the past but not nowadays. You won’t have to do this
presentation until the end of the next week but you can think about how to
design it and start working on it.
Dejadme introduciros el GRAN PROYECTO que utilizaré para evaluar
vuestro proceso de aprendizaje durante esta unidad. Vamos a mezclar ARTS E
INGLÉS. Quiero que creéis una maqueta de una ciudad. Puede ser la vuestra o
podéis diseñarla a vuestro gusto. Podéis utilizar LEGO, PLAYMOVIL, PINYPON o
cajas de cartón. Debe contener al menos la mitad de las partes de la ciudad que
hemos aprendido en esta unidad: mercado, teatro, plaza….Esa sería la parte de
ARTS. Para ser evaluados en inglés, tendréis que hacer una presentación
explicando en nuestras conferencias de ZOOM cómo es vuestra ciudad. Cuanto más
vocabulario incluyáis, mejor. Deberéis incluir también algo que hubiera en el
pasado pero que ahora ya no está.
Esta presentación no se realizará hasta finales de la próxima
semana pero podéis ir pensando en diseños.
